Despite being a midsize SUV, the latest Volvo XC90s offer drivers a lot of control on the road. Base models use a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that can output 247 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. This standard engine manages to provide plenty of power for many of our customers. However, if you're interested in having more passing power and stronger acceleration, options such as the T6 engine, which provides 316 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque, will be a better option.
