This vigorous selection process is finalized by a certified Volvo representative, who goes to each dealership and gives every tech a series of four hands on mechanical tests and evaluates both his tools and technology, ensuring it is all up to date. The competition consists of tests and diagnostic situations that will evaluate their knowledge of the product, which tools they use and how they use them, and process in which they use to solve problems. Winners of this competition will get a seat in the VISTA Winners Conference trip to Sweden to tour the Volvo assembly plants.
